Hi Everyone,
I am having a lot of trouble trying to get a tidy result for calculating the difference between two times. One column has actual arrival, and the other has scheduled arrival. Is there a way to get an answer to look like this for example 01:14:43?
Heres an example of the data:
Hope someone can help.
Thanks,
Giles

Yes there are ways. The solution will depend on your data type, and you will presumably also need to manage the scenario when the day changes. If it were me, I would first make sure the data in the columns is in the format date/time. You can then just do a simple [actual] - [planned] to get the difference. If you format this as a time only, it should format the time as you want. The only issue will be of the arrival time is > 24 hours late.

@MattAllington - Thanks Matt, the data is in a time format however I did not have the answer [difference] in time format.
Thanks
