Thanks for your response parry2k. I created a date table (CALENDAR) and tried to calculate the sales volume for the previous year using the following function
Sales Volume PY = calculate(sum(Sheet1[Sales Volume CY]),sameperiodlastyear('CALENDAR'[Date]))
but I'm getting the same value as the current year. Any alternative function? Thanks!
