Calculating NPS scores
Looking for some help with the correct formula(s) to calculate NPS scores. Currently I have the following formula for promoters and detractors which weights fields where Q45 is 0-7 and Q5 is Yes ...
That is a maze of measures to go through. For rail, the result of your "NPSBM_Via_Rail_Total_Voter" measure is 1230. However the 25% and 45% are being calculated with a denominator of 1308.391. Please check the filter conditions of the "NPSBM_Via_Rail_Total_Voter" measure.
