Hello,
I am trying to calculate gross revenue by muliplying product quantities from one table and prices from another table. The price table contains a location field, product type field, and the price. The product quantity table contains product quantities, a product type field, but not a location. Ultimately, I'm looking to develop a matrix report with the location as column headers, product type as rows, and gross revenue as the data. How would I go about calculating gross revenue? Please see tables below:
Product Quantity Table
| Product Type | Product Quantity |
| 1 | 5.2 |
| 2 | 7.3 |
| 3 | 9 |
| 1 | 7 |
| 2 | 3.1 |
| 3 | 7 |
Price Table
| Location | Product Type | Price |
| A | 1 | $50 |
| A | 2 | $100 |
| A | 3 | $150 |
| B | 1 | $200 |
| B | 2 | $250 |
| B | 3 | $275 |
| C | 1 | $30 |
| C | 2 | $80 |
| C | 3 | $90 |
Desired Report
| Location | Location | Location | |
| Product Type | A | B | C |
| 1 | Gross Rev Value | Gross Rev Value | Gross Rev Value |
| 2 | Gross Rev Value | Gross Rev Value | Gross Rev Value |
| 3 | Gross Rev Value | Gross Rev Value | Gross Rev Value |
