I spent some time creating this example in PBI. Below is an image of all the Active rows in my data set for the Compliance month of June. You can see that the first occurance for Item ID 1 is correct BUT the Item ID 2 is not. Item ID 2 should be showing on the second row of the table based on the Created Date.
