Calculating Costs by referencing bonus percentage from another table

Hi everyone,
I am trying to write a couple of dax calcuations to calculate costs based on the bonus percentages from another table. I have two tables which look like this:
Rates Table:

Bonus Table:

I need to create a column to calculate the Bonus for the dates in the rates table. So for a specific date, the bonus is the bonus percentage(for that month) of the rate(on that date). Then bonus + rate = cost. 

These 2 tables have a many to many relationship. 

The desired result would look something like this

Pay attention I had to changed the data type of EMP ID to whole number (it was text) to work with the ID number in the Bonus table.
