Calculating Attrition Rate
Hello, I hope you can help me. I am trying to calculate the attrition rate of Employees. The formula that I have to use is: Ave# of Employees = Beginning Headcount + Ending Headcount / 2 At...
The beginning headcount is the number of employees for my case it's April 1 as it is our FY start date. The end headcount is the total number of employees left at the end of the period March 31. Get their sum and then get the average.
Termination is the number of employees who left the organization.
FInally, divide the number of termination with the average employees to get the attrition rate.
The output that I need is to get the attrition rate either monthly or annually.
