Calculated column

Farily new PBI user here!
Could someone help me figure out a formula for a calculated column please? First thing I need the # of flights per month per base.
My table has Date as "'Historical Flight Data'[Day]" and departure city column is "'Historical Flight Data'[Via]".
 
Once I have this, my goal is to divide this value by the # of delays per base. This measure is in a separate table and they are related.
 
 Thanks for any help you may offer!
