Hello,
I would like to set some measure or calculated column based on equality of these three items in the matrix:
In other words - find 12:31, 22:31, 32:31 and compare with each other. Then store.
Then I plan to add color formatting. But first, need to write a clause in DAX or M. How this could be done?

I would like to compare fields shown on the screenshots and if they are equal set value of the separated column (let's call it "State") or measure to some value like '1'.
