Calculated column or measure based on equality

Hello,

 

I would like to set some measure or calculated column based on equality of these three items in the matrix:

In other words - find 12:31, 22:31, 32:31 and compare with each other. Then store.

Then I plan to add color formatting. But first, need to write a clause in DAX or M. How this could be done?

Looking forward for your suggestions. Thank you.

    I don't quite understand what you mean. Could you build a more detailed and concrete example to show what you want?

      I would like to compare fields shown on the screenshots and if they are equal set value of the separated column (let's call it "State") or measure to some value like '1'.

      My pbi example has been updated in the link upwards.
