Calculated column formula Incorrect

Dear all

I am using the below formula, for creating Category using the Inventory Ageing column

Category = IF('Open Orders'[InventoryAgeing]<0,"Production Delay",IF('Open Orders'[InventoryAgeing]>0,"Delayed Sales",IF('Open Orders'[InventoryAgeing]=BLANK(),"No Conclusion",IF('Open Orders'[InventoryAgeing]=0,"Good Business"))))
But the below condition is reading 0 also as blank
IF('Open Orders'[InventoryAgeing]=BLANK(),"No Conclusion"
 how do i fix this?

@vjnvinod try this:

Category =
VAR __days = 'Open Orders'[InventoryAgeing]
RETURN
SWICH ( TRUE(),
  ISBLANK ( __days ), "No Conclusion",
  __days < 0,  "Production Delay",
  __days > 0, "Delayed Sales",
  __days = 0, "Good Business"
)
