I need some help with my report. I'm looking to compare my client's payroll vs billing.
The objective is to see when there is a discrepancy -- payroll (hours) is from Sunday-Saturday (Example: 4/3/2022-4/9/2022) which is being filtered by the 'work date' and billing (qty sold) is the following week (4/10/2022-4/16/2022) which is being filtered by the 'invoice date' -- I want the report to reflect the totals while still showing blanks for jobs that do not have any billing for the selected invoice date.
I would really appreciate someone showing me so I can understand how to properly do this.
Thank you so much!
Hey @mimi320 ,
please consider creating a pbix that contains sample data, but still reflects your data model (tables. relationships, calculated columns, and measures). Upload the pbix to onedrive or dropbox and share the link. If you are using xlsx as a data source for the sample data instead of the manual input method, share the xlsx as well.
Describe the expected result based on the sample data you provide.
Regards,
Tom
