Calculate time between two task (Stand by Time) in different rows and different columns

Hello everyone, its a dummy data i will need some help to solve the calculation of the time between the top task end in yellow and the next start time in red.

CALCULATE(
    MAX([End dateTime]),
    FILTER(
        all('Table'),
        [End dateTime] < _current
    )
)
Return
DATEDIFF(_lastEnd, _current, MINUTE)
