Calculate the % Change in a table + filters(?)

Hi, I have survey data where the survey was sent in January and June. There are 3 questions, and 5 response options:

  1. Always
  2. Often
  3. Sometimes
  4. Rarely
  5. Never

Each page of my report is dedicated to a question. I want to include a table visual that shows the 5 responses, then the % of people that answered in each response in January, then June, and then calculate the % change.

I would then like to include filters on the page, so users can drill down.

I've attached some made up data to represent my survey data. Please can some help? I can't figure out whether I need a measure (doesn't seem to work when I try) or whether I need calculated columns, however due to the Jan/Jun split i'm not sure.

Help please!

To give some more context....I've managed to get this:

But I did this by creating this table....

And now can't add any slicers in the report because I can't get a relationship between that table and the main table
