Calculate percentage in a matrix (not DATA file)

Hi!

I'm struggling with the following issue:

I got this matrix, built from a Data File:

PIC1.PNGIt represents the enrollment (freshmen) by year of students; the main goal is to calculate the % of retention in a calculated column of measure. Is this possible?

Thank you all in advance for the help!

Thank you for the inputs; here is the sample of the data file:PIC2.PNG Every row is a student with the attributes in the columns, like the ID number, cohort, years enrolled (may be 1, 2, 3 or ,more). The expected result is, from the 2017's % of 1st year retention, 82,3% (3586/4357).

Thank you!
