Calculate difference between two variable columns in a matrix

Hi Community,

I am rather new to the community. I have a question regarding variable columns. I have created a Matrix which shows columns based on the selection in a slicer using a separate table with the following formula:

Now I would like to calculate the difference between the first and the second column. Are there any solutions on how to get there?
