Calculate column total for matrix with hierarchy

How do we get column total of subcategory for a matrix? 

I want to show main category CT% at overall level and subcategory CT% at drilled down level.

@amaddala , Once you have the option on the visual pane, right-click on a measure to be shown as % of total or subtotal.

Another method is have % of total and % subtotal as measures as use isinscope to switch between these two
