I have a table with a field ZIPCH037 with values План ГКПЗ and Факт-прогноз. I want pivot column ZIPCH065 with date than as picture

Can you share a table with dummy data and similar data structure as your snapshot? It is hard to test from a snapshot. In addition, it will be helpful for coding formula if you provide the expected result table.
