Calculate % change of a factor

I have the following graph where the line is a calculated measure and the variable on the x-axis (CALENDAR YEAR) contains levels 2015, 2016.. 2021. How i can contruct a line that shows the percentage difference from the previous year? Note that, I have only the year (CALENDAR YEAR) as information

//Only year vs Year, not a level below

This Year = CALCULATE(sum('Table'[Qty]),filter(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Year]=max('Date'[Year])))
Last Year = CALCULATE(sum('Table'[Qty]),filter(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Year]=max('Date'[Year])-1))

diff = [This Year]-[Last Year ]
diff % = divide([This Year]-[Last Year ],[Last Year ])
