CTRL_Click Visual Filtering No Longer Works in April 2025 Update

Thanks for bringing this up, based on your description and others reporting similar behavior, it looks like a bug introduced in the April 2025 Power BI Desktop update that breaks CTRL+Click functionality for additive filtering across visuals.
You can try a few workarounds.
- Use Slicers
Replace clickable visuals with slicers that support multi-select. - Leverage Bookmarks
For static needs, bookmarks can simulate multi-state filtering scenarios. - Roll Back to March 2025 Version
- Uninstall Power BI Desktop.
- Download the March version from the Power BI previous versions archive.
