How can I create a dynamic title with the selected dates of the data slicer?

Measure - "Weekly Plan" and FIRSTDATE(Table[Date]) and " to " & LASTDATE(Table[Date])

There's no @Syndicate_Admin

You can create a measure such as,

Dynmic Title = "Report with Dynamic Title: " & min('table'[Date]) & " - " & MAX('table'[Date] )

I would instead create a measure to suit if the date ranges across multiple months.

Dynamic Title = "Weekly Plan " & FORMAT(MIN(table[date]),"DD-MMM") & " to "  &FORMAT(MAX(table[date]),"DD-MMM")
