Bypass RLS for a measure

Hi everyone, :))

I would like to give you an example of what I would like to achieve as it is hard to explain :).

Due to RLS Student "A" could only see his average scores, whilst I would like him to see the average for both A and B. in this sense, how can I let a measure bypass/skip RLS

Student NameGradeTerm

A231
A322
A213
A223
B203
B193
B192
B212
B292

your help is much appreciated,

Amr

What if you create a new table (Table2) with a single column and row which just stores the average for both A & B?

You can then set your RLS as per usual on your first table but then you do not need to set any RLS on Table2 and you can display that average however you want.
