I created a chevron arrowed button where i used a gif created in power point. The problem that i have is that the gif does not fill all the button. The animated hover is limited between the two red lines that i draw. I tried with different image fit settings but it doesn't work. Does any one have an idea why it doesn't work ?
Hi @Chamy,
I think the 'fit' mode means to fit the button panel layout instead of the button shape. I'd like to suggest you change it to a rectangle button and report this scenario to the power bi team.
BTW, did this issue only appear with gif graphs? You can also test with other types of images to confirm this.

Hi @Xiaoxin Sheng,
Thanks for you response. As you said it worked fine when changing to rectangle shaped button but my client want that shape that why ... any ways the problem still remaining even if i changed it to another type of images (png). I actually took inspiration from a guy in youtube and it worked fine for him https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nm48-sctj8c. I followed his tutorial step by step but it doesn't work for me. Is it because they have made updates on that feature?
Thanks in advance 🙂
