Hey guys,
I had an idea an idea about modelling a business's process in order to work out stress points. The best way i can think of to do this is to feed the data from the business in and then 10mins after someone buys something it's removed from "active task" whereby you could build a dashboard to show how the business and its staff are faring throughout the day and when you get to a point of too much.
I'm not sure how to remove for example 1 from a column, 10mins after it happens and to be able to do that when orders would be coming live so you would want to create a live environment of tasks; like a cumulative total where the values drop off after a specific time.
Thoughts?

I believe what you should look into is Azure Streaming Analytics. You basically pump your data into an Azure Event Hub. You connect Azure Streaming Analytics to it, which allows you to do calculations and time boxing, etc. and then you can pipe the output to Power BI to create reports and charts.

Sounds like a good idea; I'll see what I can find.
