Business Applications Summit vs Power Platform Summit 2019?

I am considering these two conferences, but I can only attend one. I was hoping to find out from anyone who attended either of these events in the past which one would be more focused on Power BI?  I attended The Microsoft Data Insights Summit in Seattle of 2017 and gained a ton of knowledge for myself and my organization when it came to Power BI. 

Can anyone elaborate on one or the other? Thanks!
