Bullet Graph within Matrix/Table visual

Hi team we have a requirement wherein we need to show bullet graph in one column in Table/Matrix visual.

we have 2 measures(Sum). One act as threshold and one act as bar i mean bullet graph.

Kindly let me know how to achieve this graph with those measures.
