My customer uses SharePoint to store projekt meta data. Approx 400 projects and 40 columns. Data are imported into Power Bi to show projects by phase, project manager, location etc. Power Bi shows data as the are right now.
New requriement from the cusotmer is to show data by month. An example is how data distributed by phase and show the development by month. What's the best way to achieve this? Can directly in Power Bi or will I need to synchronize data to a database first (seems like a big task for only a small amount of data)
Regards Torben
Hi @Torbenand ,
You might consider using Matrix Visual, placing the Month column in Row, the [phase] in Column and the [project] in Value.

Hi @Torbenand ,
I'd be happy to look at the requirmenets and suggest a fully automated solution. Not only the size of the data matters but how often you need to update it and how many users etc.. You can contact me at mustafa@lms360.org.
