Building a visual report

Hello everyone, I am new to Power Bi.

I was given the task to build a visual report on Power Bi and I would like to know if anyone could give me tips on how to build a dashboard that let me team go through different report for Example : Overview, Services, financial, ect depending on the years. I found something similar to what am looking to build but nothing is explaining how.

Will this make the graph change depending on what's the critera like in my example for the Sales, etc?
