Hi Community,
I am working on a data(single table), which contains various tags for each category as follow.
'Status Table'
Project | Status |
Category1 | Started |
Category1 | Progress |
Category1 | Finished |
Category2 | Progress |
Category2 | Finished |
Category3 | Progress |
Category3 | Finished |
I want to put a filter, so that I only see categories where we got status = "Started" ; but I need to see all progress or tags for the category which has a status = "Started".
e.g, as a result from above table, I need to get following outcome
Project | Status |
Category1 | Started |
Category1 | Progress |
Category1 | Finished |
I need this to be applied as a page level filter, where I can get all data for projects which has been 'started' during our monitored timeframe.
In normal filtering, if I put a filter on status = 'Started', I only get following , which I do not need.
Project | Status |
Category1 | Started |
Any help in this regard will be highly appriciated.

Hi,
See if my solution here helps - Filter a column of a Pivot Table on a certain condition but also show other items from that column.

Thanks @Ashish_Mathu, This is exactly what I was after. Just trying to convert it into my scenario now 🙂
