Build sequence number base on a two columns

I need help with some DAX logic, as the screenshot shown, I have three columns, the first one is the production line, the second one shows the sequence operacion and the third should be biuld using the previos coulmns, Do I need asign a sequence number as the screen shot shonws, anybody can help me a share some code

Thats a clustered index which you can build with the RANKX-function:

 

RANKX(FILTER(Table1, Table1[NAME2.1] = EARLIER(Table1[NAME2.1])), Table1[SEQ], ,ASC)

assuming your table is called "TABLE1"

Thanks for your input, I did try the logic you posted but, how can you see it is doing the same  as the SEQ column value, here is the code :
RANKX(FILTER(Query1,
Query1[NAME2.1] = EARLIER(Query1[NAME2.1])), Query1[SEQ], ,ASC)

Oh, I didn't recognize therer were ties. (Apart from that it look alright, doesn't it?)

So you have to add another parameter to it:

 

RANKX(FILTER(Table1, Table1[NAME2.1] = EARLIER(Table1[NAME2.1])), Table1[SEQ], ,ASC, DENSE)
