Bug with September 2023 version - Cannot view data model after adding a table

Hi, recently, I have added an extra table to my existing data model in power bi desktop App. I am running specifically Version: 2.121.662.0 64-bit (September 2023)

After adding a new table to my existing pbix, I usually go into datamodel view to edit the relationships. Now however it seems that I have this endless "Working on it" circle that keeps spinning forever. If I remove the data table and save, it goes back to normal. Basically adding any new table corrupts the data model and I am unable to view it graphically anymore. Keep in mind I have a very large model with nearly 100 tables and a pbix file that is roughly 900MB at this point. Did it get too big?

I have tried on an older version of power bi and it works fine. Can someone please confirm if this is an identified bug and if its being worked on?

Thanks!
