Budget vs actual table

Im creating a budget vs actual dashboard.

each items are marked uniquely with a code.

The Budget GL Account and amount are set at the beginning of the year and will not change.

i have the actual data with GL account and amount as well, the GL account in the actual will change because sometimes GL account was set wrongly during budgeting..

when i tried to create a dashboard, i cannot match the actual amount if the GL account of the actual is different from the budget..

is there any way to solve this?
