Budget vs Actual in production is not showing all dates

Hi all, 

I am not to experienced in Power BI modelling. However, I tried to find a solution to my problem without luck. 
I am trying to make a manufacturering report, with budget vs actual production, targets etc. I have two different reports, one with manual registration one budget. I have some issues in this report:

1) I want to make an budget vs actual day to day measure. However, when i use the "SummarizeTable" with a CROSSJOIN, it only collects the date from the productionregistration with data. I also want it to collect the budgeted production data, and accumulate on a weekly basis if the production target is reached. 

2) When I try to make Waterfall visual or line and bar chart, it will not use the accumulated number even though I try to use the measure function to calculate this on a daily basis. 

Please, could someone help me with this matter?

Please see my attached pbix file and see if you understand what I mean. I would like to compare actual vs budget on a daily basis, and also show monthly targets based on budget. I do not know what works best in this matter.

@Anonymous , Why do you need crossjoin. Usually, we create common tables like date between actual and budget and and analyze them

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
