Budget Burn Rate
Hi, I was able to calculate the runrate for an ID but my problem now is how to forecast whether the ID will exceed its budget before it reaches the last Flag Date. I only have the latest Actuals and Remaining values, what I'd like to do is subtract the Flag Date's Run Rate value from the latest Remaining value then use the difference as the next minuend. Hope my explanation makes sense 😅
