Bubble Chart axis scaling equally

Is there a way to ensure that the x-axis and y-axis of a Bubble Chart always scale equally (min/max)?  I am attempting a 'magic quadrant' visualization...  Thanks in advance!

Set the Min and Max values for both X and Y axis to be the same and also set the width and height of the Visual itself to be the same.

Of course I can hard code them to be the same.  But I need them to be dynamic.

Yes unfortunately that's an area that still needs to be addressed by the PBI Team as Measures are not allowed for the MIn/Max Values which would allow you to achieve this.
