Bring data from a table that is not in another table

Hello!

I have this process: its a db for trainings that people have to do. In FormariPersonal i have the trainings that a person have just done and in TipFormari i have all the trainings for all the profile schould do. I want to create a table and to show in PowerBI the trainings that a person not have done yet: all trainings from TipFormari- trainings that a person just done FormariPersonal, how can i do that?

In Power apps i made it and i will add ss, but idk how to do it in PowerBi.

I've made this formula but its not giving me all the data from TipFormari table,the formula gives me 14 lines but in reality its 19 lines why?

@v-jianboli-msft thanks for your response! All i want is to create a table that contains all data from TipFormari-FormariPersonal: bring all data from TipFormari where ID from TipFormari dont exist in FormariPersonal table the IDTipFormare is from TipFormari, its a relatioship between them.

I've done something like this but its not ok because its now showing all the data because of the distinct i put there
