Break Down Target by Month and Department

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for Dynamic Target setting and hoping someone can help me out. I can get the monthly target to show if we are talking about all departments, I can't get the target to change as I select the departments in my drop down slicer.

Here is my slicer working with Month but not working with which Line is selected.

My target formula is :

(SUM(AssemblyTeams[Teams])*2)*(WEEKNUM(ENDOFMONTH('DateTable'[Date])) - WEEKNUM(STARTOFMONTH('DateTable'[Date])))
