Blank space Multi Row Card

I want to have one single blank space in multi-row card tried this measure (M = " "). But this is not working.

I want space between 1 and 2.

@Ethanhunt123 , This measure seems correct. what are trying display that is not displaying? 

Try have measure like

new measure =

if(isblank([measure])," " ," " )

This will force it work with that measure
