Blank Filled Map
I have an issue in Filled map as it's blank , i checked the setting and it's active ,

yes in the latest version of PBI most of the people are facing this issue.
Bing Maps is down, so that might be the problem.
Seems so: Maps.bing.com - Is Bing Maps Down Right Now? (isitdownrightnow.com)
"If maps.bing.com is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress..."
You can raise a issue on portal.
