I have data which contains a column for top level UK postcode, for example BS for Bristol, CR for Croydon, S for Sheffield, N for North London etc.
All of them seem to take their place on the filled map, except B (Birmingham). There is just a hole in the map where Birmingham should be:
I have tried to raise a support ticket as a Pro user, but the support page does not let me log in.........
If anybody from Microsoft can get back to me with either a solution or a way to log a support ticket it would be most appreciated.
Joe
Power BI uses Bing maps for geocoding so this is probably really something you need to bring up with the Bing Maps folks.
UK has 4 hierarchical levels of Postal codes and the lowest level of detail is not supported by Bing.

Hi Simon_Hou,
Thanks for the reply.
I am not using the lowest level, I am using one of the highest levels -
A full postcode example is B15 1EJ.
I am just using B.
The map correctly fills for every other postcode that I have.
How can I raise a support ticket to have this fixed?
Kind regards,
Joe
