Big Query Data Refresh Failure

Hi All

We use Google BigQuery as a data source for our reports. We have about 90 reports on service and perform a schedule refresh once every day for all our reports. Since about 45 days we have started getting refresh error mails stating that The credentials provided for the GoogleBigQuery source are invalid. (Source at GoogleBigQuery  even though the credentials are valid ones. Refresh works on Power BI Desktop but not on Power BI Service. I see the below message on Power BI community. 

I have updated my Power BI desktop with June 2021 update and I am the one who develops reports. I still get data refresh errors every day. I tried reconnecting data sources and republishing few reports but that dosen't seems to be helping.

By my research, I'm afraid that I have no ideas for your issue as I cannot reproduce it. and you could refer this article.
