Hi,
I have a scenarion where I wanted a make a join one field from A table, and 2 fields from B table as mentioned below.
A.Resource between B.openby and B.closedby
Is it possible to get this join in power bi and how about self join.
Thanks,
Thimma

Power BI works same way as Tabular model/Power Pivot, it doesn't support self-join. Also it only allows single active relationship between two tables. See: Create and manage relationships in Power BI Desktop.
Regards,
You can have multiple joins in Power Pivot, but only 1 can be active. I wrote an article about it here

You can't self join in power pivot, but I am sure you can do something like that in power query as part of data load.
As an alternative you can dublicate your resource table and rename the origional to openby and the dublicated version to closedby, so you have 2 seperate dimensions.
