Beginner Here... Trying to count all values (complaints) for each date(quarter).

Looks like I am missing somethign very simple.  I want a set of bars for each quarter, over each of the "Complaint Sources"?  Please help.

Are you looking for a stacked bar chart?

Then change the chart type.

That being said, you want a clustered column chart with your type of complaint in the Axis, your Quarter in the Legend and your count of complaints in the Values.
