Barchart Help for monthly Trend

Hi everyone,

I am trying to create Barchart on a monthly basis like the below excel screenshot. I get a monthly Snapshot like below. 

Daily Snapshot in DB sample 

Status	Count	Date
Backlog Trend	12	1/1/2022
Opened	50	1/1/2022
Resolved	150	1/1/2022
Closed	200	1/1/2022
Backlog Trend	10	2/1/2022
Opened	40	2/1/2022
Resolved	70	2/1/2022
Closed	150	2/1/2022
Backlog Trend	10	3/1/2022
Opened	50	3/1/2022
Resolved	150	3/1/2022
Closed	300	3/1/2022

Want to create a visualization like the below in Power BI using snapshot data
