Bar chart visual configuration

I'm looking for a bar chart visualisation that could give this additional percent value comparing the last two bar:

    Anonymous , In Bar visual, you have the option to show the label, but you do not have the option to change what label you want to see.  So if want to see % you have to create a % visual only.
