Bar chart order loose after grouping
Hi admin_xlsior,
Just add the status column on the x-axis an it will give you a hierarchy that you can drill down
Hi MFelix
It's by the grouping tools only. From the Fields then right click New Group. Put some of the status inside the new group.. then left behind some status as well as I don't need them to be grouped instead I want to show it individually.
Thanks,
Hi admin_xlsior ,
If this is a group that you created you just need to create a new one but instead of giving it the names you need place the order number 1, ,2 ,3 ,4 then sort the first group by this second one:

Hi MFelix
Cool trick, thanks.
Another thing is, after the grouped, in the chart, can we then drill-down those inside ?
In my case because i put 2 status, None and In Transit into 1 group Others, can I drill-down to see those 2 statuses ?
Sorry understand that this might need new topic, only because it is under same chart and grouping issue, I feel easier to put here. I will create new topic if necesarry.
Thanks
