Bar chart filter refresh

Hello, 

To start, I would like to say that my title doesn't describe my request, so i'm sorry ! 

This is my bar chart and I would like that when a person click on a data on an other graph of the report, for example a month, my bar chart updates automatically with the new top. 
I know that on Tableau, it's very simple to parameter that, but on PowerBI, I didn't find if it's possible or not.

@Anonymous , Not very clear I think you want to filter when clicking on another visual
