Bar Chart Visual will not accept a column
I am trying to create a stacked bar graph in Power BI. The X-Axis is a date column and the visual accepts this.
The Y-Axis is a monetary value (called Amt) - the column is a Whole Number type. It is not summarised. The visual will just not accept the Amt column.
I have tried changing data types (decimal, currency) with no luck. I have checked if there are any null or blanks in the column and there aren't any. What am I doing wrong?
Any help highly appreciated.

Can you share a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
