Helper IBar Chart (Visual) to filter/affect a Slicer
Hello PBI Community,
Is it possible to have a visual (in this case a bar chart) to affect/filter the values shown on a slicer?
For instance, if I have a status bar chart of (status1, status 2, status3) and I 'click' on the status 3 bar, the slicer would only show values related to status3?

Sorry, so far, to my knowledge, this may not be achieveable.
In Power BI, while slicers are typically used to filter other visuals on a report page, the reverse interaction you're asking about using a visual like a bar chart to filter or affect a slicer is not supported as a direct feature within Power BI
But you could submit idea in this site Ideas Home (microsoft.com), if a idea is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
