Background color gradient line chart

Hi Is it possible to create a color gradient in the background of a line chart in very simple fashion like a KPI. Please find the image below:Background color gradient

    Anonymous,

     

    You can add an image as a background for the Plot Area.

      This works as expected (some tweaks will be required) though the grids should be customizable. Thanks
